Return & Refund Policy

1.⁠ ⁠Cancellations

  • Guests may cancel their booking free of charge up to 3 days before the scheduled check-in date.
  • Cancellations made within 3 days of arrival will be charged the cost of the first night.
  • In case of a no-show, the full booking amount will be non-refundable.

2.⁠ ⁠Refunds

  • Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
  • Any bank or transaction fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.

3.⁠ ⁠Changes to Reservation

  • Guests may request changes to their booking (dates, number of guests, etc.) subject to availability.
  • Price differences resulting from changes will be applied and must be settled before check-in.

4.⁠ ⁠Non-Refundable Items

  • Once a guest has checked in, unused nights or early departures are non-refundable.
