1.⁠ ⁠General
By booking or staying at Adventurer Camp, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all guests, visitors, and users of our services.

2.⁠ ⁠Bookings and Payments

• All bookings must be confirmed with full payment or a deposit as specified at the time of reservation.
• Prices are subject to change until the booking is confirmed.
• We reserve the right to cancel a booking if payment is not received within the required timeframe.
  
  

3.⁠ ⁠Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in: from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
• Check-out: from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
• Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and may incur additional charges.
  
  

4.⁠ ⁠Cancellations and Refunds

• Free cancellation is allowed up to 3 days before arrival.
• If cancellation occurs within 3 days of arrival, the cost of the first night will be charged.
• No-shows will be charged the full amount of the booking.
  
  

5.⁠ ⁠Guest Responsibilities

• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during their stay.
• Any damages or losses beyond normal wear and tear caused by the guest will be charged accordingly.
• Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.
  
  

6.⁠ ⁠Liability
Adventurer Camp is not liable for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal items during your stay, except as required by law.

7.⁠ ⁠Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
